By (a) enrolling a dog with or b) permitting a dog to attend or c) accepting the Services of Boggs Dogs and its staff, the Client is deemed to have accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All dogs must have a complete, up-to-date and approved enrolment form on file.
All dogs must undergo an initial suitability assessment. Only dogs considered to be well socialised, who enjoy the company of other dogs and people, would be considered suitable for joining Boggs Dogs
Please note that not all dogs are suitable.
All dogs must be non-aggressive and not food or toy possessive aggression. Owners will need to certify that their dog(s) have not shown aggressive or threatening behaviour towards people or other dogs and animals
Dogs with behaviour or aggression issues will not be accepted.
All male dogs over the age of 6 months must be neutered.
Bitches who come into season will not be able to attend Boggs Dogs for the duration of their season (4 weeks). Bitches that come into season whilst at Boggs Dogs will be asked to be collected, and will still be liable for booked in dates.
We require all animals to be fully vaccinated with Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Canine Parvovirus, Para Influenza and Kennel Cough (prior to starting at Boggs Dogs. A copy of each dog’s vaccination record will be kept on file and updated annually.
All dogs accepted require to be wormed and de-ﬂee’d regularly.
Puppies from 8 weeks are welcome – please discuss this with your vet.
Boggs Dogs reserves the right to refuse admission if the client fails to provide adequate proof of vaccinations. The Client accepts that even though their dog(s) is/are vaccinated or a titer test proves that the dog(s) is/are protected against Bordetella (Kennel Cough) there is a chance that their dog(s) can still contract Kennel Cough. The Client agrees that they will not hold Boggs Dogs responsible if their dog(s) contracts Kennel Cough while attending.
The Client agrees to take any necessary measures or precautions to ensure that their dog(s) is/are continuously free of contagious, infectious, or otherwise communicable diseases. The Client further agrees to notify Boggs Dogs immediately of any infectious and/or contagious disease or conditions their dog(s) has been exposed to or is affected by. Such diseases and conditions include, but are not limited to: Distemper, Hepatitis, Kennel Cough (Bordetella), Parvovirus, Corona virus, worms, Lyme disease, Fleas, Infectious Skin Diseases and Intestinal Parasites. Boggs Dogs reserves the right to refuse admission until satisfied that the condition is resolved
COLLARS All dogs attending Boggs Dogs, will wear a collar with Boggs Dogs contact details.
Consent is required if you would like your dog to be walked off the lead.
The Client authorises Boggs Dogs to obtain any emergency veterinary care that may be necessary during the time spent with their dog(s). The client understands that every effort will be made to contact them prior to obtaining emergency care. The Client accepts responsibility for any charges related to this emergency care and also authorises Boggs Dogs to use alternative veterinarian if their regular is unavailable.
The Client agrees to reimburse Boggs Dogs for any additional fees for providing emergency care, as well as any expenses incurred for unexpected visits. transportation, housing, food or supplies.
The Client agrees to be responsible for any medical expenses and damages resulting from an injury to the dog walker, other person or to another dog made by their dog(s). The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Boggs Dogs in the event of a claim by any person injured by their dog(s).
While all of Boggs Dogs best efforts will be made to keep your dog(s) safe, The Client agrees to release Boggs Dogs from any liability for incidents during care and in transit.
The Client gives permission for Boggs Dogs to use any measures necessary to keep their dog(s) under close control and the public safe while out on a walk, be it the use of a ‘halti,’ ‘slip lead’.
Boggs Dogs offer services where dogs co-mingle in groups and the Client accepts that during the course of normal dog play their dog(s) may sustain injuries. All dog play is carefully monitored to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments, or other injuries may occur despite the best supervision.
The Client consents to their dog(s) being photographed, videotaped, and/or used in any media or advertising by Boggs Dogs without prior approval. All such media remain the property of Boggs Dogs.

Daycare : Owners can drop off and collect their dogs at any time within opening hours. Pick up must not be later than check out or closing time or late fees will apply at the rate of £5.00 per half hour.
To ensure a guaranteed place at the Boggs Dogs we ask you to commit to a number of days each week in advance. If you require to use Boggs Dogs on an adhoc basis then allow as much notice as possible, however, only dogs that have boarded with us may use adhoc service.
All cancellations require 48 hours notice or a charge will apply.
To use our pick up and drop off service, a key for your property must be given to Boggs Dogs. All keys are unidentified to your property and will remain secure at all times.
In case of severe adverse weather conditions, dogs may be returned home earlier than the scheduled time. Customers will be contacted to collect dogs if no property keys are held.
Occasional dogs will be invoiced in advance – payment is due on receipt of invoice.
Regular dogs will be invoiced in arrears at the end of the month – payment is due on receipt of invoice.
If no payment is received Boggs Dogs reserve the right to refuse your dog and will contact you to inform you of this.
Should either party wish to terminate the service a one-month notice period must be given. The Client agrees to provide such notice or pay the amount that would be due during this notice period. There is no minimum term of contract.
Homeboarding Terms and Conditions
1 dog – £24.00 per dog per day
2 dogs – £20.00 per dog per day
3 Dogs – £18.00 per dog per day
All dogs should depart by : 11.00am
All dogs should arrive between : 1.00pm – 3.00pm
Dogs checked out after 11.00am will incur a full boarding rate of £24.00
Please note we are closed to the public on a Sunday (However, dogs can be collected by special arrangement between 9.00am – 10.00am).
**We will not be accepting arrivals on a Sunday. If your arrival falls on a Sunday, please book a day before or a day after**
There is a STRICT arrival and departure time. Please adhere to this when considering dates to book your dog in. Due to the communal set up, this policy is to prevent over crowding, and prevent introducing dogs for a short period of time, as well as minimising over excitement and boisterous of residing dogs.

Please note that any dogs requiring check in before 8.00am or check out after 5.00pm should have to book an extra night either way.
During winter months no arrivals of dogs will be accepted in the dark, as we are unable to introduce and settle dogs safely. Please phone to discuss best times.
All dogs are required to have a local emergency contact name, address and contact number. Owners must make emergency contacts aware of this responsibility.
Fees are charged on a daily rate, which includes the day of arrival. Collection must be made prior to 11.00am on day of departure, after which a charge of full boarding will apply.
All fees to be paid prior to boarding.
As we operate on a ‘first come, first served’ basis, it is essential that you return the booking form and deposit to avoid disappointment.
A £50.00 non-refundable deposit is required within 5 days of your reservation being made along with your returned booking form to guarantee your place. The balance of fees are payable before boarding via bank transfer or on arrival by cash or cheque (card facilities will be available soon). If no deposit is received within 5 days, your reservation will be made available to those on our waiting list.
Any customer failing to honour a booking without notification will be liable for payment in full.
All food should be supplied. A measuring cup must be provided to ensure the right quantities are given. Please label all food with name, quantity and frequency. This applies to revisits as well.
If your dog requires any medication or any treatment during their stay, please print and fill out the medication form, with name of the medication & strength eg. 500mg, and frequency of administration. This drug card will be signed by Boggs Dogs once each dose is given.
For home boarding – We DO NOT offer taxi service.
Please note that, unless informed prior to the date of departure, we are unable to release dogs to third parties.
